Confinement meals (月子餐) are specially designed nutritious dishes for new mothers during their postpartum recovery period, typically the first 30-40 days after childbirth. These meals follow traditional practices and are prepared with ingredients that help in recovery, promote lactation, restore energy, and strengthen the immune system.


Traditionally, the confinement period lasts for 30-40 days after childbirth. However, we offer flexible meal plans ranging from 7 to 28 days to accommodate different needs and preferences. Many mothers start with a 14-day plan and extend if needed.


We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks before your expected delivery date. For unexpected early deliveries or last-minute needs, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request with our expedited service.


Yes, we offer customization options to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. During the ordering process, you can:

  • Specify food allergies or sensitivities
  • Request less salt or oil
  • Choose vegetarian options
  • Indicate preference for more lactation-boosting ingredients

Our meals are freshly prepared daily and delivered in insulated containers to maintain temperature and quality. We offer two delivery time slots: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM for lunch and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM for dinner. You can select your preferred delivery time during checkout.


We currently deliver to all major areas within the city and surrounding suburbs. During checkout, you can verify if your address is within our delivery zone. For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us to discuss special delivery arrangements.


We source high-quality, fresh ingredients for all our meals. Common ingredients in our confinement meals include:

  • Protein-rich foods like fish, chicken, and lean meats
  • Iron-rich foods including liver, black fungus, and leafy greens
  • Lactation-boosting ingredients such as fish soup, papaya, and black sesame
  • Traditional herbs and spices like ginger, red dates, and wolfberries
  • Seasonal vegetables and fruits

We avoid "cooling" foods according to traditional Chinese medicine principles during the confinement period.


For optimal freshness and food safety:

  • Consume meals within 2 hours of delivery when possible
  • Refrigerate any unconsumed portions immediately
  • Reheat thoroughly in a microwave or on the stovetop until steaming hot
  • Consume refrigerated meals within 24 hours

Detailed storage and reheating instructions are included with each delivery.


We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment is required at the time of order to secure your delivery slot. For extended meal plans, you can opt for our installment payment option.


Order modifications can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery start date. Cancellations with full refund are accepted up to 72 hours before delivery. For changes or cancellations due to unexpected early or delayed deliveries, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your situation.
